Italy on a Plate: Travels, Memories, Menus details with gratitude the four incredible decades Gravely has spent in Italy.

More than just a memoir, Italy on a Plate features 50 favorite family recipes from some of Gravely’s dearest friends, based in regions throughout Italy, and celebrates the simple act of sharing a meal while also showcasing authentic Italian traditions, celebrations, and homes. In Gravely’s own words, “I hope this book will afford you the comfort and warmth that Italy has given me.”
